1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of NX Trainers, including the NX mobile application, website, AI coaching features, subscription services, and related content. By creating an account, starting a subscription, redeeming an access code, or using NX, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

NX provides AI-generated fitness, nutrition, motivation, and habit-support information for general wellness purposes. NX is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or a substitute for advice from a physician, registered dietitian, mental health professional, certified trainer, or other qualified professional.

You are responsible for deciding whether activities, meals, and recommendations are appropriate for you. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you experience pain, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath, fainting, or any concerning symptoms.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account from the app's Settings screen.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

NX Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribe. Prices, billing periods, trials, renewals, and taxes are shown before purchase in the store purchase sheet.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your store account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Deleting the app or deleting your NX account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse NX, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful content, or use NX in a way that could harm others.

6. AI Content

AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You should review recommendations carefully, use common sense, and seek professional guidance when needed. NX may change, improve, limit, or remove AI features at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

NX, its branding, software, interface, generated plans, and content are owned by NX Trainers or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use NX for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

NX is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, NX disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. NX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for injuries or losses arising from your use of fitness or nutrition recommendations.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of NX after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
